Descriptive History:
It is not up-to-date. Protocol - All BLSA participants requested to fill out questionnaire detailing
relationship to other participants in the study. Follow up questionnaire sent to participants at
home asking them to verify data. Data not collected after 1991; existing data corrected and
completed data set forwarded to Neil Gittings/BLSA in 1995. It is likely that some spouse
information is still incomplete.
No participants who have enrolled in the BLSA since 1991 are included in this information.
