    Descriptive history:
    The left wrist diameter (breadth) is part of the Behnke evaluation. Measurements in BLSA men were begun in 1960 and in BLSA women in 1978. The left wrist diameter is obtained with a Stoelting anthropometer. The left wrist diameter is defined by the styloid processes of the radius and ulna.
