    Descriptive history:
    The 131 file type contains data from the 3 hour oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT). A single oral dose of 100 mg dapsone (Dapsone USP, Jacobus Pharmaceutical Company, Inc. Princeton, NJ) was taken at the beginning of the OGTT. The oral glucose dose is 40 g per square meter of body surface area. It consisted of a 25% solution flavored with lemon juice and is ingested in 5 minutes. The tests were performed between July 1987 and December 1989 in BLSA men and women.
