    Descriptive history:
    The 127 file type contains data from the intravenous glucose-exercise tolerance test (IVX). The intravenous glucose dose is 0.375g/kg of body weight and is delivered in 25 per cent dextrose solution over a period of 5 minutes. At 30 minutes after the glucose injection, subject walk on a treadmill at 1 mph for the duration of the test. The tests were performed between August 1968 and June 1969 in BLSA men.
