    Descriptive history:
    The 124 file type contains data from the intravenous insulin tolerance test (IVITT). Regular insulin (0.025U/kg body weight) was injected intravenously nearly instantaneously in the morning after an overnight fast. Plasma glucose concentrations were measured prior to the injection and at ten minute intervals for 60 minutes.
